April Fools Day... A Day for Fishing? Well Sort of
What a strange holiday! Who in the world thought of a day to pull pranks and jokes on our unsuspecting friends and family? It seems to be a very good question that no one really has the answer to. Was it two of the Roman jestures who thought they could run the country better than Constantine or is it simply the use of the new Gregorian calendar by the French (sort of like a New Years celebration) who is to know?
Today in France the norm is to hook a card board fish to the back of your unsuspecting target who would be called "Poisson d'Avril". For me it seems like a great day to get my camper out and go hook a real fish. Wish me luck.

I Suggest Winterizing Your Camper if You Haven't Already
This winter doesn't hold much promise for Oklahoma Camping. The cold weather does not appear to be going away anytime soon. Next week looks even colder than this with wind chill values in the negative. For those of you with your first RV... Even if you have a heated enclosed underbelly the heater must be running to do you any good.
