An Easy Happy Halloween Recipe Pumpkin Pie Dip


  • 15 oz Can Pumpkin
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar/ Splenda      /Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice to Taste
  • 1 Package 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Mix pumpkin with 
brown Sugar/Splenda or Confectioners sugar, vanilla and spices, blend well. Mix in cream cheese. Fold in sour cream and chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.
Makes about 6 cups.

Use Ginger Snaps, Gram cracker, Strawberries or Sliced Apples for Dipping

For a creative setting scoop dip into a small pumpkin before serving

Certainly easy enough to try on your fall Oklahoma Camping trip!
